Job Description
We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will gather requirements, create functional documentation, analyze processes, and help improve workflow efficiency. Experience in IT, software, or business process analysis is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
Analyze current processes and identify gaps & improvement areas
Create BRD, FRD, workflow diagrams, and user stories
Collaborate with developers, testers, and project managers
Translate business needs into clear technical specifications
Support QA team during testing by validating requirements
Monitor project progress and perform impact analysis
Conduct meetings, presentations, and training sessions
Key Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with tools like JIRA, Trello, Asana, or MS Project
Knowledge of BRD, FRD, UML diagrams, and process mapping
Excellent communication & documentation skills
Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Ability to work with cross-functional teams
Data analysis skills (Excel, Power BI, SQL basics—optional)
