Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated QA Engineer to join our software quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience testing web and mobile applications, creating test strategies, and ensuring overall product quality. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and designers to deliver stable, high-quality user experiences.

The role requires strong knowledge of testing methodologies, automation frameworks, bug-tracking tools, and the ability to perform both manual and automated testing. Experience with API testing, CI/CD pipelines, and performance testing tools is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for web and mobile applications.

Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing.

Work with developers and product teams to identify, reproduce, and troubleshoot bugs.

Create, maintain, and optimize test plans, test scripts, and test documentation.

Use automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, Cypress, Playwright, or Jest to improve coverage and efficiency.

Conduct API testing using tools like Postman, Swagger, or REST-assured.

Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and QA process improvement initiatives.

Track defects using Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps, or similar tools, and verify fixes through retesting.

Ensure products meet quality standards for performance, usability, and reliability.
