Job Description
We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our product and technology team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and translating stakeholder needs into clear, actionable documentation for development teams. You will work closely with project managers, designers, developers, and clients to ensure smooth delivery of high-quality solutions.
The role requires strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in requirement gathering, process mapping, and documentation. Experience working with Agile teams, writing user stories, and using project management tools is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze requirements for new features and products.
Create clear and detailed BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and process diagrams.
Work closely with product managers, designers, and development teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
